Mat Classes:
Tuesday 6:30pm (off-site) / Thursday 9am (begins 1/26) / Saturday 9am
Equipment Classes:
Monday 6:30pm / Tuesday 10am & 12:30pm / Thursday 10am
All classes, including mat, require an appointment.
Equipment Classes are considered "Trios."
Private and semi-private sessions are available Monday - Saturday
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours or the full session fee will be charged. All packages expire within 6 months of purchase. Packages are non-refundable but are transferable.
