Introductory / Evaluation Lesson -
This one hour private lesson will introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates exercise, evaluate your areas of strength & provide suggestions for a Pilates program to fit your goals.
Solo lesson - A one hour private lesson tailored to your goals. This lesson may be done on either the Pilates equipment, mat or both.
Semi-private lesson - A one hour lesson with you & another client. This lesson may be done on either the Pilates equipment, mat or both.
Pilates Equipment Class – This small group class utilizes the Pilates Reformer or Pole system (otherwise known as the Cadillac). Using spring tension, the equipment can enhance mat-work, increase strength & flexibility and promote better spinal alignment. The classes will be limited to 3-4 participants. Reservation of a space in classes is required. New clients should have a minimum of 3 Private Lessons prior to joining an equipment class.
Pilates Mat Class - This one hour class is conducted exclusively on the mat. Classes consist of up to 10 clients and are leveled according to degree of experience in the Pilates method. |

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and any missed appointments will be billed at the full fee.
