Introductory / Evaluation Lesson -

This one hour private lesson will introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates exercise, evaluate your areas of strength & provide suggestions for a Pilates program to fit your goals.

 Solo lesson - A one hour private lesson tailored to your goals. This lesson may be done on either the Pilates equipment, mat or both.

Semi-private lesson - A one hour lesson with you & another client. This lesson may be done on either the Pilates equipment, mat or both.

Pilates Equipment Class
– This small group class utilizes the Pilates Reformer or Pole system (otherwise known as the Cadillac). Using spring tension, the equipment can enhance mat-work, increase strength & flexibility and promote better spinal alignment. The classes will be limited to 3-4 participants. Reservation of a space in classes is required. New clients should have a minimum of 3 Private Lessons prior to joining an equipment class.

Pilates Mat Class - This one hour class is conducted exclusively on the mat. Classes consist of up to 10 clients and are leveled according to degree of experience in the Pilates method.

 

GROUP CLASS SCHEDULE: (call to reserve space)

 

Mat Classes:

Level 2: Wednesdays & Saturdays at 9am

Level 3:Fridays at 8am

Level 4:Wednesdays at 6:30pm


Equipment Classes:

Level 2:Tuesdays at 10am, Thursdays at 5:30pm,  & Fridays at 10am

Level 3:Mondays at 10am& 7pm, Wednesdays at 7:30pm, Thursdays at 9am & 1:30pm, Fridays at 9am & Saturdays at 10am

Level 4: Mondays at 8pm, Thursdays at 6:30pm, Saturdays at 9am

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and any missed appointments will be billed at the full fee.
