FOUNDER & LEAD INSTRUCTOR

Meghan Jackson

Hello! I'm Meghan Jackson, founder of Pilates Body Center. Since 2001, our studio has been at the forefront of Pilates instruction in Chester County. As a former ballet dancer, my transition to Pilates in 1996 marked the beginning of a new chapter, one dedicated to empowering others through this transformative practice. For over two decades, our mission has been to help our clients discover and harness their potential for a stronger, more flexible, and balanced body.


With a rich background in ballet and movement therapy, I bring a unique blend of grace and strength to Pilates. My journey includes:


  • Principal dancer at Brandywine Ballet & Harrisburg Ballet
  • B.A. from Penn State University
  • M.A. in Dance/Movement Therapy from Hahnemann University
  • Comprehensive Pilates Training from Body Precision Pilates
  • National Pilates Certification from Pilates Method Alliance
  • 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training from Dhyana Yoga
  • Today, I continue to teach, train new instructors, and lead Movement Oriented Vacation Experiences
