You Don't Need a Vacation.
You Need a Return.

We live in a world of "too much." Too much noise, too much scrolling, too much "on." If you feel like your internal wires are frayed, you don't need a vacation — you need a return to the basics.

Return to Life is an invitation to the seekers, the tired, and the resilient who want to reconnect with their body and restore deep vitality. Return home with a settled mind, a nervous system that knows it is safe to rest, and a more grounded way of moving through daily life.

You Were Worth It Before the World Got So Loud

The reason this retreat is called Return to Life is because that is exactly what happens when you remove the noise. You don't become a different person; you become the person you were before the world got so loud.

You will head back to the ferry with salt in your hair, a steadiness in your step, and a nervous system that finally knows it is safe to rest. That is my promise to you.

Reconnect with your body through mindful, restorative movement.

Is Return to Life Right for You?

Who This Is For: This retreat is for the seekers, the tired, and the resilient who recognize that vitality isn't a luxury — it's a necessity.

  • Craves Mental Space: You are seeking a reprieve from the busyness of life and the constant chatter of the world.
  • Values Quality and Privacy: You can retreat to your own private room or connect with others — as little or as much as you want.
  • Is Ready to Experience Wonder: You are seeking perspective. Sometimes that means being shown another way of life entirely.
  • Prioritizes Well-being: You know the value of movement and are ready to prioritize your own health through accessible, expert-led Pilates.

Who This Is Not For:

  • You want a "Bootcamp" Experience: Our focus is on sustainable vitality and restorative movement, not high-intensity exhaustion.
  • You are looking for a party scene: While we celebrate and enjoy life, this is a space for deep connection, rest, and new experiences.
  • You want a packed itinerary: We believe in the luxury of "vagare" — leaving room for spontaneous joy and rest.
  • You aren't ready to unplug: To find the clarity you're seeking, you'll need to step away from the constant contact of daily responsibilities.
  • You aren't open to the group experience: This retreat thrives on the collective energy and support of the people gathered.
  • How "active" is this retreat?

This is a balance of movement and rest. We have daily Pilates and excursions offer different options for activity level depending on your comfort. You are always welcome to opt out of an activity if your body is craving a nap by the pool instead.

  • Do I have to share a room?

We know the value of private space. Private room options with en-suite bathrooms are available, and if you are traveling with a friend or partner, you are welcome to share a room.

  • I haven't done Pilates in a while (or ever). Can I still come?

A: Absolutely. Our movement sessions are designed for all levels, focusing on functional strength and vitality. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a total beginner, the small group size ensures you get the personalized attention you need to feel successful and supported.

  • How do I get there?

Amorgos takes a little planning, but past retreat attendees say it is absolutely worth it. Most travelers from the U.S. fly into Athens, then take a ferry or a short connecting flight to Santorini or Naxos, followed by a ferry to Amorgos. Plan to spend a day before and after the retreat in Athens or a smaller island like Naxos due to ferry schedules.

Ferries can be booked at ferryhopper.com or go-ferry.com from Piraeus port in Athens to Amorgos (Katopola or Aegiali). Seajets and Blue Star are the recommended ferry companies. The Blue Star Highspeed 4 is the easiest option — an upgrade to VIP is recommended for comfort. Note: ferry schedules for 2027 are typically not released until May or June 2027.

  • What if I need to cancel?

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Please note that the deposit and all ensuing payments are non-refundable.

Return home with your nervous system reset and your spirit restored.
