One Day to Reset
A Micro Retreat for Women Who Are Ready to Trade "Busy" for "Balanced"
Is your to do list currently louder than your own intuition?
If you're managing a career, navigating the shifts of midlife, caring for kids or parents, or simply holding it all together for everyone else, finding an entire weekend for yourself can feel impossible. What if you could experience the deep restoration of a luxury retreat and still be home in time for dinner?
Welcome to Gather & Ground. On Sunday, June 7th, join us at The Fox Den in Exton for an immersive five hour micro retreat designed specifically for women who are ready to pause, reconnect, and return home with real tools for resilience.
This isn't a quick spa day. It is a curated curriculum for your nervous system: precision Pilates, evidence based mindfulness, contrast therapy, myofascial release, nourishing food, and nature. All guided by experts who specialize in helping women feel strong, calm, and grounded.
Your Invitation to Gather & Ground
This is for you if:
- Your usual "self care" has been reduced to scrolling your phone in the bath
- You're tired of feeling wired but exhausted at the same time
- You want to learn tools you can actually take home, not just a temporary escape
- You've been curious about contrast therapy or breathwork but haven't taken the leap
- You're craving connection with women who get what this season of life feels like
You don't need a full week away to feel like yourself again. Sometimes, five intentional hours is all it takes to remember what it feels like to breathe.
This Is What Showing Up for Yourself Looks Like.

1:00 PM | The Restoration Circuit Move into small, intimate groups to rotate through three stations:
- The Contrast (Sauna & Cold Plunge): Guided by the team at The Fox Den, who specialize in introducing women to the benefits of heat and cold for inflammation and stress. It's a gentle, guided process designed to leave you feeling invigorated, not overwhelmed.
- The Trail: A mindful nature walk led by Christina to ground your senses on the grounds of the historic Cross Gables Estate.
- The Release: Myofascial Release led by Meghan, using massage balls to unbind physical tension in the body. You'll leave with the tools to make this practice part of your routine at home.
- 2:45 PM | Integration Final reflections, connection, and a curated "Grounding Gift" to take home.
